WHAT IS OZONE?
Ozone is a gas found in its natural state in higher levels of the atmosphere and is blue in colour, hence the blue sky. Ozone for medical applications is made by passing pure oxygen O2 through an electric coil which splits the oxygen molecule (O2) allowing it to regroup into ozone (O3). It is the addition of this third oxygen atom that makes ozone “supercharged oxygen” molecule with remarkable medical properties.
In North America ozone has been first introduced as a medical agent by Tesla in the turn of last century but replaced by the use of pharmaceutical and “conveniently forgotten”. However, In Europe, South America, some parts of Asia, ozone has been studied, researched and continually used to fight the disease for over 100 years.
Today ozone is used in the medical field as an anti-aging and disease preventing/fighting agent.
WHY OZONE FOR ANTI-AGING?
In old age, we find more rheumatic disease, high blood pressure, dizziness, low immune response, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

OZONATED MEDICAL WATER
When we refer to ozonated water, we mean the water is maximally saturated with ozone. Drinking ozonated water is a good and easy way of getting ozone into the system. It can assist in dealing with candida and other undesired infestations like parasites in the gut.
Unfortunately, ozonated water cannot be purchased by the bottle in a retail location because its potency decreases by half within the first half hour of its creation, and its shelf life can only be extended by a few hours if the bottle is of a dark colour and kept at a temperature of around 4 Celsius.
Regardless of one health condition, it is very beneficial to help the body to utilize oxygen more efficiently, resulting in disease resistance, a longer and healthier life. The recommended dose is one to two glasses on an empty stomach.
RECTAL APPLICATION
T
his therapy is particularly suited to patients who suffer from gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), colitis and Crohn’s disease and very effective in the systemic application (affecting the body generally as opposed to a particular part).
A small amount (between 200-500ml) of the ozone is delivered to the intestine via on intestine catheter which is inserted into the rectum. This does not cause discomfort, and the ozone is absorbed by the intestine.
VAGINAL INSUFFLATION
Vaginal insufflation treatment passes ozone into the vagina via a catheter. This form of ozone treatment is delivered to patients suffering from chronic interstitial cystitis or chronic bladder infections. It delivers powerful lymphatic drainage.
EAR INSUFFLATION
This therapy passes ozone into the patient’s ears through earpieces. It is used to treat any kind of head issues, such as headaches, ringing in the ears, or sinus infections and some neurological conditions.
BREATHING THROUGH OIL
This is a method of ozone use for inhaling. Ozone is first bubbled through olive oil and then inhaled. When ozone bonds to oil ozonides are created. Raw ozone is harsh for breathing in and irritating to the lungs. Ozonides retain all the therapeutic properties of ozone and are soothing for breathing. This protocol is often used for all sorts of respiratory issues from sinus congestion to bronchitis and other.
OZONE BAGGING (LIMB BAFFING)
This form of ozone treatment is delivered in a bag, making it a particularly useful way of treating limbs. The hand, arm, foot or leg is put in a plastic bag and the bag is sealed. Ozone is run into the bag via a tube for approximately 15 minutes and is absorbed through the skin.
Ozone has strong disinfectant properties, making this form of treatment particularly useful for treating wounds and skin infections.
